This move led to Brad’s realization of the need for personal and athletic development centered around the betterment of the community and the idea for Kilos was born!
Ben was born and raised in Woxall, Pennsylvania, where he spent his time playing football and developed his love for lifting. Ben is a part of NVU Lyndon’s 2022 graduating class, where he is currently studying Exercise Science and plays rugby. Ben is a USAW Level 1 coach and plans on continuing his certifications to bring to KILOS and the community here. He also plans on owning and operating his own gym after he graduates. Ben enjoys the outdoors as well as fishing, hunting, camping, and traveling. If he is not at school or working, he is usually with his girlfriend on an adventure. "The summit of a pyramid is dictated by the size of it's base. Development of an individual is no different. Dedicating adequate time to the basic Squat, Press and Hinge patterns will enable an individual to progress through performance training and preparation for life with a lower likelihood of injury and prolonged performance."
